Terms and Conditions

All owners are required to produce a vaccination certificate, which states clearly that the cat is protected against feline enteritis, rhinotracheitis and calicivirus within the previous 12 months, when the cat is delivered. The certificate must be current for the whole period of boarding. We would also ask that your cat is current with flea & worm treatment.

All charges are based on a per day (or part thereof) basis and are to be paid at the time of collection of your pet. In long term situations we request that payment be made monthly or by 50% deposit on delivering your pet and 50% balance to be paid when collecting your pet. Payment options are Cheque or Cash.

We reserve the right to make suitable arrangements for any pet left in our care 14 days after the due collecting date if no contact is made by the owner or owners agent.

Due to the demand for accommodation, please appreciate that we must reserve the right to charge for the days you have booked even if you collect the pet before the due date.

Our policy is to call a vet at the owner's expense if it is considered necessary and act on their advice, to do what is best for your pet. It is taken that by leaving your pet in our care that this is as you would request.

Our facilities and management practices are maintained at a very high standard. Therefore the very best of professional care and expertise will be given to your pet, however, we accept no responsibility for illness, injury, death or loss for any reason whatsoever, apart from any breach of the guarantees in the "Consumers Guarantee Act 1993".
